Viral ("we") is an ambassador marketing service for hospitality venues, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what personal data we handle and why.

What we collect

Website visitors: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.
Clients: business contact details, venue information, and campaign performance data shown in your Studio dashboard.
Ambassadors: name, contact details, Instagram handle, UAE Advertiser Permit details, links to content you submit, and payout records.

How we use it

Only to run the service: matching ambassadors to venues, verifying posted content, reporting results to clients, and paying ambassadors. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Platform data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) on infrastructure located outside the UAE. Access is restricted to Viral operators.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Ambassador records tied to completed paid work may be retained where bookkeeping requires it.
